Homeowners' Association/Condos; redefines term "mortgage" to include liens created pursuant to homeowners' association as defined in specified provision; revises language re official records of condominium association authorizing association to provide certain info. to prospective purchasers or lienholders under certain circumstances; establishes insurance requirements for condominium associations & individual unit owners, etc. Amends FS.
