School District Employees/Contractor; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1254,1662) requires background screening, initially & periodically, of charter school employees & members of governing board & of persons certified under Personnel chapter; requires background screening, initially & periodically, of adjunct educators; provides that noninstructional personnel may perform certain services before results of screening have been reported, with limitations, etc. Amends FS.
