Personal Info./Exemption/Pub. Rec.; provides exemption from public records requirements for cellular telephone numbers, electronic pager numbers, specified I.D. numbers & access codes, & billing records of such numbers & codes for certain electronic communications devices, & billing records of such numbers & codes of active or former law enforcement officers; requires Auditor General to report misuse of cell phone or electronic pager by active or former law officer, etc. Amends 119.07.
