Pari-mutuel Wagering/Greyhounds; requires dogracing permitholders to provide greyhound adoption booth at each dogracing facility; provides for operation of such booths; requires that certain info. concerning adoption of greyhound be made available to public; requires kennel owner or operator to notify permitholder that greyhound is available for adoption; authorizes permitholder to hold additional charity day that is designated as "Greyhound Adopt-A-Pet Day", etc. Amends 550.1647.
