GENERAL BILL by Crist ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Argenziano

Juvenile/Adjudicatory Hearing; provides time period within which juvenile must be brought for adjudicatory hearing; repeals Rule 8.090, Florida Rules of Juvenile Procedure, re speedy trial, to extent that it is inconsistent with act. Amends 985.219.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
