Fair Market Drug Pricing Act; provides program for fair market drug pricing in Florida, to be administered by AHCA; provides findings & purpose; provides for negotiated drug discounts & rebates; requires establishment of Rx Card program as state pharmaceutical assistance program for drugs covered by rebate agreement; provides beginning date for RX Card program discounts; provides for resolution of discrepancies in rebate amounts, etc.
