SB 2206: Florida Retirement System
GENERAL BILL by Peaden
Florida Retirement System; includes mosquito control officers of counties & mosquito control districts in special risk class; restores special risk classification to certain law enforcement officer employees of DEP & Insurance Department or their predecessor agencies; provides for payment of increased benefits to such officers who have retired or entered the DROP or to beneficiaries of deceased employees; provides for funding such increased benefits, etc. Amends Ch. 121.
