TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Wasserman Schultz

School District Capital Outlay TF; provides for administration of trust fund by DOE; creates trust fund within Education Dept. & specifies moneys that comprise fund; exempts trust fund from service charges imposed by specified provision; provides that balances remaining at end of fiscal year shall remain in trust fund; provides for future review & termination or re-creation of trust fund. Amends 1013.03.
