Anesthesiologist Assistants; requires anesthesiologist assistants to maintain medical malpractice insurance or provide proof of financial responsibility as condition of licensure or licensure renewal; revises grounds for which physician may be disciplined for failing to provide adequate supervision; provides performance standards for assistants & supervising anesthesiologists, etc. Amends 456.048, 458.331, 459.015; creates 458.3475, 459.023.
