GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning ; Lynn

Municipal Police/Firefighter Pension; authorizes certain municipalities to provide extra benefits to firefighter pension plans prior to receipt of additional premium tax revenues; provides procedure; authorizes certain municipalities to provide extra benefits in police officer pension plans under certain circumstances; provides procedure. Amends 175.351, 185.35.
