JOINT RESOLUTION by Haridopolos
Homestead Exemption/Elderly; constitutional amendment to allow any county to enact ordinance which will freeze assessed value of homestead property in that county owned by person who is 65 years of age or older & who has a household income of $20,000 per year, as adjusted for inflation, subject to enactment of general law by Legislature permitting such action by county. Amends s. 4, Art. VII.
