SB 2600: Pharmacy Practice

GENERAL BILL by Wilson

Pharmacy Practice; revises definition of term "practice of profession of pharmacy" to include administering of immunizations by pharmacist within framework of established protocol under supervisory practitioner who is licensed physician or by written agreement with county health department; requires professional liability insurance, training in immunization, & employer approval prior to entering into protocol. Amends 465.003.
