GENERAL BILL by Saunders

Emergency Health Care Providers; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/CS/CS/S564,2120,2620) provides penalties for failure of receiving facilities to indemnify state & for failure of hospitals to indemnify state; provides grounds for which licensed life support service or certified emergency medical technician or paramedic may be subject to discipline; provides grounds for which health care practitioner may be subject to discipline for failure to indemnify state, etc. Amends FS.
