GENERAL BILL by Home Defense, Public Security, and Ports ; Dockery

Radio System/Interoperability; authorizes member of Joint Task Force on State Agency Law Enforcement Communications to appoint alternate; provides for FDLE & DCA's Emergency Management Division, to work in conjunction with State Technology Office to establish certain policies, procedures, & standards re state agency law enforcement radio system & interoperability network; provides for creation of interoperability network, etc. Amends 282.1095.
