GENERAL BILL by Crist
Service of Process; deletes requirement to use certified mail in service of subpoena on witness in specified types of cases; allows posting of criminal witness subpoena under specified conditions; allows party who had distress writ issued to deliver writ to sheriff in another county. Amends 48.031, 83.13.
