PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care
Fla. Kidcare Program/Pub. Rec.; amends provision which provides exemption from public-records requirements for information identifying applicants of Fla. Kidcare program; expands exemption to include records that identify applicant or enrollee in program; provides for disclosure of confidential information to another governmental entity; reenacts exemption & provides for future repeal & legislative review under OGSR Act of 1995, etc. Amends 409.821.
