CS/SB 472: Mining Activities
GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Smith ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Pruitt ; Geller ; Diaz de la Portilla
Mining Activities; redefines term "construction materials mining activities"; provides that Administrative Hearings Div. has exclusive jurisdiction over certain claims for damages re use of explosives in connection with construction materials mining activities; provides for filing fees except in cases of indigence; designates trust fund for deposit of filing fees; provides procedures for mediation & for formal hearings, etc. Amends 552.30; creates 552.32-.44.
