GENERAL BILL by Bowen ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Allen ; Evers ; McInvale ; Poppell ; Rivera

Agricultural Fertilizers; provides that nitrogen & phosphorus contamination are water quality issues; includes surface water in types of waters in which residues are found; includes fee for fertilizer that contains phosphorus; provides for implementation of interim measures, best-management practices, or other measures for compliance with state water quality standards re application of fertilizers containing nitrogen or phosphorus, etc. Amends 576.045.
