Corporate Affairs; defines term "electronic transmission" for purposes of Florida Not For Profit Corporation Act; authorizes forms of electronic transmission of notice for domestic or foreign corporations; provides for corporation member to revoke consent to receiving notice by electronic transmission; provides for domestication of foreign not-for-profit corporations; revises condominium insurance requirements, etc. Amends Chs. 617, 702, 718, 719, 720.
