Commercial Motor Vehicles; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S164,714) prohibits HSMV from issuing motor vehicle registration or title to commercial motor vehicle if gross vehicle weight of vehicle has been changed; requires department to reissue registration & title upon presentation of affidavit of change from original manufacturer or final-stage manufacturer, etc.
