GENERAL BILL by Farkas ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Benson ; Bullard ; Kilmer

Enterprise Zones; authorizes Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to amend boundaries of specified communities & increases population limits thereof; extends deadline for requests to amend rural enterprise zone boundaries; authorizes amendment of boundaries of certain rural enterprise zones after recommendation of Enterprise Florida, Inc., & upon recommendation of local development agency, etc. Amends Ch. 290.
