GENERAL BILL by Evers ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Jordan
Military Readiness; provides legislative findings re compatibility of development with military installations; requires certain counties & municipalities to enter into memoranda of agreement with military installations to coordinate future land use changes, local govt. comprehensive plans, land development regulations, & development orders; prohibits certain judicial abrogation of quasi-judicial development orders issued by local governments, etc. Amends Ch. 163.
Effective Date: 07/01/2003 except as othewise provided
