Department of State; reorganizes department; provides for assistant Secretary of State & deputy secretaries of state; renames Corporations Div. as State Recordings Div.; provides for performance of state protocol officer functions & provision of assistance & facilities to Organization of American States by Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office; adds to Cultural Affairs Div. specific responsibility for archaeological sites & artifacts, etc. Amends FS.
