Criminal Prosecutions; prescribes rights of prosecution in closing arguments; repeals Rule 3.250, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure, re accused as a witness & being entitled to concluding arguments before jury, to extent of inconsistency with act. Creates 918.19.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
