Sport Shooting & Training Ranges; provides legislative findings & intent; directs DEP to provide information concerning best management practices to ranges & assist in implementation efforts; permits DEP to assist in contamination assessments at ranges; specifies immunity from liability for certain persons or entities from certain claims re projectiles at said ranges; provides criminal penalties; specifies preemption by state, etc. Creates 790.333.
