Deceptive & Unfair Trade Practices; expands certain nonapplication provisions re certain real estate practices to include persons or private parties seeking certain relief under certain circumstances; specifies procedures & requirements for bringing certain actions against motor vehicle dealers by persons other than enforcing authority under certain circumstances; provides procedures & requirements for dealer's acceptance of demand, etc. Amends 501.212,.975; creates 501.977.
