Condominium Associations; provides for grandfathering & modification of certain rights of unit owner; requires certain voting & approval criteria for amendments depriving owners of certain rights; creates Condominium Ombudsman Office within Fla. Land Sales, Condominiums, & Mobile Homes Div.; requires DBPR to provide administrative support & service to office; provides for location of ombudsman's office, etc. Amends Ch. 718. APPROPRIATION: $379,450.
