Domestic Security Initiatives Chief; provides for security assessments of all buildings, facilities, & structures owned or occupied by state agencies, state universities, & community colleges, by employees & within existing resources of such state agencies, state universities, or community colleges; provides for subsequent security assessments; authorizes chief to communicate certain information concerning security assessments to private entities, etc. Amends 943.0311.
