Trauma Center Preparedness Act; creates said act; provides for additional fee to be collected with each civil traffic penalty upon approval by board of county commissioners; provides for administration of moneys collected; requires moneys collected to be used to fund unreimbursed costs of state-approved trauma centers. Creates 318.1216.
