GENERAL BILL by Crist
FRS/Retirement Credit/Upgraded; provides for purchase of credit for upgraded service by Special Risk Class members for prior creditable service as community-based correctional probation officers when such service was not credited as special-risk service; authorizes employer of such person to purchase credit on employee's behalf. Amends 121.0515.
