GENERAL BILL by Finance and Taxation ; Regulated Industries ; Sebesta

Cosmetology; exempts from cosmetology licensure provision of certain services to certain persons during production recognized by Film & Entertainment Office; authorizes Board of Cosmetology to adopt by rule certain federal regulations; prohibits in practice of cosmetology use or possession of cosmetic products containing liquid nail monomers containing methyl methacrylate; provides penalties, etc. Amends 477.0135,.016,.0265; reenacts 477.029(1)(h) & (2).
