Employees & Contractors; requires background screening, initially & periodically, of charter school employees, contractors & members of governing board, of persons certified under Personnel provisions & of adjunct educators; requires FDLE to search all fingerprint records for arrest records; directs dept. to report arrest record to school district employing person, etc. Amends 1002.33, 1012.32,.56,.57; creates 1012.465.
