GENERAL BILL by Wasserman Schultz

FRS & DROP; revises certain limitations on positions for which school boards, community colleges, universities & Florida School for Deaf & Blind may employ member after specified period of retirement; revises election period in Deferred Retirement Option Program for employees in grades K-20 & extends participation in said program to personnel in grades K-20 who receive administrative authorization. Amends 121.091.
