Prescriptions/Medications to Minors; requires district school boards to prohibit school district personnel from requiring student to take certain medication as condition of attending school or receiving educational services; defines term "psychotropic medication"; requires certain data re dependent minors for whom psychotropic medications have been prescribed to be made available to center, as legally allowed, etc. Amends 743.0645, 1006.0625.
