GENERAL BILL by Mayfield
Certificates of Need; provides certain restrictions on licensure of hospitals; makes AHCA solely responsible for coordinated planning of health care services; includes beds in community nursing homes & intermediate care facilities for developmentally disabled in project review requirements; requires agency to adopt rules to develop licensing standards for cardiology services & burn units, etc. Amends Ch. 408, 395.003.
