GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Agriculture ; Argenziano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Jones ; Smith ; Miller ; Dockery ; Alexander ; Peaden ; Campbell ; Lynn ; Haridopolos ; Clary

Agricultural Economic Development; provides cause of action for landowners aggrieved by certain changes to agricultural land use; provides that large scale comprehensive plan amendment adopted as result of informal mediation may be approved without regard to statutory frequency limits; provides requirements re purchase of lands for which agricultural lease exists; requires WMDs to inform landowners of option for consumptive use permit, etc. Amends FS.
