Freshwater Vessel Licenses; creates Freshwater Vessel License Pilot Program within Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission; requires revenues from sales of freshwater vessel license be deposited into State Game Trust Fund; provides for expiration of pilot program; creates Vessel License Task Force within commission; requires task force to submit recommendations to commission & certain committees of Legislature, etc. Amends 372.57,.562.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
