Judicial/Mediation Alternatives; deletes language re disclosure of specified information made during court-ordered mediation; provides immunity from liability for trainees in Supreme Court's mentorship program; provides for creation of Mediation Confidentiality & Privilege Act; provides for confidentiality of mediation communications; provides for civil remedies; provides statute of limitation, etc. Amends Ch. 44, 61.183.
