Beef Market Development Act; creates Florida Beef Council, Inc.; provides powers & duties of council & restrictions upon actions of council; provides for board of directors of council & for referendum on assessments to be deducted from sale of each head of cattle; provides duties of marketing & collecting agents; provides for collection of penalties, enforcement costs, court costs, & reasonable attorney's fees; provides for refunds, etc. Creates 570.9135.
