Sexual Predators & Offenders/Records; requires that each state or governmental subdivision search records of sexual predators & sexual offenders maintained by FDLE before appointing or employing person to work or volunteer at park, playground, day care center, or other place where children regularly congregate; authorizes use of department's Internet site to conduct search; provides exception.
