Criminal Justice Standards Comm.; revises membership of Criminal Justice Standards & Training Commission; tolls certain time limitations re investigations; authorizes officer who is under investigation, or officer's attorney, to review certain documents re investigation; requires Criminal Justice Professionalism Program within FDLE to review disciplinary penalties imposed against officer by employing agency; provides for adoption of rules, etc. Amends 943.11,.1395.
