GENERAL BILL by Commerce, Economic Opportunities, and Consumer Services ; Atwater

Movie Theaters/Recording Devices; provides that person who knowingly operates audiovisual recording function of any device in motion picture theater with intent of recording motion picture under certain circumstances commits criminal offense; provides criminal penalties; provides immunity to theater owner for detaining person in violation of act while awaiting arrival of law enforcement officer; provides exception to immunity, etc.
