GENERAL BILL by Aronberg ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Smith ; Bullard
Corporations Not for Profit; provides exceptions to prohibition against such corporations paying dividends to members, officers, or directors; authorizes corporation to make distributions to certain nonprofit corporations or governmental entities. Amends 617.0505.
