GENERAL BILL by Crist

Assault & Battery; provides enhanced penalties for offenses of assault, battery, aggravated assault, or aggravated battery on security officer licensed by Agric. & Consumer Services Dept. or on investigator employed by Bureau of Regulation & Enforcement of said dept.; provides that person convicted of violation under act may not have adjudication of guilt or imposition of sentence suspended or withheld, etc. Creates 784.072; amends 784.081.
