CS/HB 229: Student Social Security Numbers
GENERAL BILL by Rich ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gottlieb ; Hasner
Student Social Security Numbers; prohibits certain uses of student's social security number by state universities, community colleges, & public postsecondary technical centers; requires each state university, community college, & public postsecondary technical center to review policies & procedures & submit plan; requires each university, college, & center to annually document compliance in report; provides for injunctive relief. Creates 1004.09.
