SB 2516: Preserving Fiscal Integrity
JOINT RESOLUTION by Klein
Preserving Fiscal Integrity; constitutional amendment to require that portion of increase in net general revenue funds collected each year be deposited into Budget Stabilization Fund until Budget Stabilization Fund is at its maximum level, to require that annual 5-year forecast be prepared by Legislature, & to place conditions on approval by Legislature of issuance of state tax-supported debt. Amends s. 19, Art. III; creates s. 19, Art. VII.
