Traffic/Sightseeing Operations; provides for jurisdiction & authority of municipalities to grant permits, licenses, or franchises or otherwise regulate sightseeing operations; specifies that no liability arises for municipalities for exercising their rights to regulate sightseeing operations. Amends 316.006.
