GENERAL BILL by Margolis

Turnbull Campaign Finance Reform Act; revises various definitions; revises definition of term "political advertisement" to provide presumption re certain advertisements & to provide certain exceptions thereto; provides additional requirements for registration of political committees & certification of committees of continuous existence; requires said committees to update certain certification information, etc. Amends Ch. 106.
