SB 2670: Descent of Intestate Estate

GENERAL BILL by Aronberg ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Campbell

Descent of Intestate Estate; authorizes court, under specified conditions, to extend right of succession to surviving heirs when decedent's lineage cannot be fully documented because it includes Holocaust victim; limits application of statutes of limitation under certain circumstances; defines term "Holocaust victim". Amends 723.103.
