Enterprise Zones; authorizes certain counties or municipalities to apply to Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to change certain enterprise zone boundaries for certain purposes under certain circumstances; deletes obsolete census tract provisions re enterprise zone in Leon County. Amends 290.0065,.00688.
